caravansc.tech is the technology domain for Caravan Supply Chain. The systems published here run Caravan’s internal operations and, where it makes sense, are put directly in front of the supply chain partners we work with.
Why a separate domain
A brokerage runs on documents, appointments, exceptions, and the phone. Most of that work is information handling that generic logistics software handles poorly.
Caravan builds against its own operation instead of adapting the operation to a vendor’s workflow. Each system is scoped to a real bottleneck — document processing, scheduling, carrier communication — and published under this domain so that customers, carriers, and reviewers can see what it is and who is accountable for it.

Caravan operates the business. 400x Systems Inc. builds the software.
400x Systems Inc. is an independent software and applied AI company that develops, licenses, and administers Caravan’s technology infrastructure under a service and licensing relationship. It is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or transportation provider, and it does not assume Caravan’s transportation obligations.
Correspondingly, Caravan Supply Chain remains the sender and legal operator of its SMS messaging program. Consent, consent records, opt-out handling, and message content are Caravan’s responsibility even where automation or platform integrations are provided by 400x Systems Inc..

This page describes how responsibility is generally divided between the two companies. It is a description, not a contract, and does not modify any agreement between Caravan Supply Chain, 400x Systems Inc., or any customer or carrier. The governing terms are the executed agreements between the parties.
Data handling
Customer, carrier, and shipment data remains governed by the applicable customer, brokerage, security, and data-processing agreements. Where 400x Systems Inc. or another vendor processes information, it does so on Caravan’s behalf and under Caravan’s instructions.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes by Caravan or by any of its providers. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.
